As part of the alumni mastermind group, you will meet monthly in person to share deals and build relationships with other commercial real estate investors.

Instead of herding people into a room like cattle and subjecting people to “death by power point,” we pride ourselves on small class sizes and individualized instruction. Since our entire apprenticeship program was designed by a certified educator and an experienced real estate investor, we are confident that our approach is not only unique to the real estate education industry; it is also effective. Ask any expert. Investing is a team sport! Investing in apartments, mobile home parks, and self-storage takes an incredible amount of time and skill. Our personal experience has proven that you will experience success much faster if you work in a team of three to five people when trying to purchase commercial properties. Our current apprentices have seen great value in working in teams and have built lasting business relationships. We don’t preach anything we don’t practice ourselves; everything you will learn is used in our own business.
